Tonight I went to the San Diego Museum of Contemporary Art to see a media exhibition put on by High Tech Highschool. I was very impressed by some of the work and how in touch these students were with many of the social issues this country faces. One of the students named Josh, who practices Kendo (Traditional Japanese Fencing) at my dojo, did a video presentation on this subject. I thought it was well done and he seems to have grasped much of the history and philosophy of this unique form of martial arts.
